Type Invention: Creating Typeface
Creating typeface is a another knowledge in typography. Most of the typographer understand the process of the creating typeface. The typeface which is created can be categorized into display font or practical font. There are a lot of methods in creating typefaces. The favourite technique of my preferences is ''nine block cutting''. Take a few photos of the subject I choose, and cut it in nine blocks rules in order to break the structure of the stereo types, rearrange the nine blocks, shuffle and make interesting typefaces.
